ABOUT US
REIKA MCCRACKEN
Reika earned her Bachelor’s degree in Language Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2009. Graduating during the Great Recession, she saw an opportunity to follow her creative instincts and pursued a postgraduate degree in Interior Design at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco. While in school, she took her first job in the industry, working under an interior designer, and has been immersed in design ever since.

With over a decade of experience, Reika has worked with several interior designers, refining her expertise and developing a deep appreciation for the collaborative nature of this field. In 2021, she founded Clover, a design studio built on the belief that thoughtful, well-crafted interiors have the power to transform the way we live and interact with our spaces.

What Reika loves most about her work is the relationships she has built—with clients, contractors, vendors, and tradespeople — all working together to bring creative visions to life. Every project is an opportunity to craft a space that is both beautiful and functional, tailored to the unique needs and personality of those who will call it home.

SHEILA MCCRACKEN

Sheila is a dynamic business manager with a strong background in marketing, social media strategy, and business growth. She graduated from San Francisco State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and began her career in workforce development at a veteran’s advocacy nonprofit. She quickly advanced to social media management, where she specialized in expanding digital platforms and engagement.​

With a passion for business development and strategic marketing, Sheila transitioned into management consulting, dedicating seven years to helping businesses refine their operations and grow their brands. In 2021, she joined Clover at its founding, bringing her expertise in business growth and marketing to the world of interior design.
With a keen eye for strategy and a deep understanding of digital marketing, Sheila plays a key role in shaping Clover’s success.
Clover is a full service interior design studio located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Owners and sister duo, Reika and Sheila McCracken, are Oakland natives from a mixed cultural background who understand firsthand what it means to be part of a diverse community. These elements have informed who they are today and have instilled values that inspire the aesthetic of their design and the meaning behind living your life "in clover." To Reika and Sheila it means living a life filled with family and friends. It means creating spaces that are visually light, open, and clean; while providing a space for family and friends to gather to celebrate life’s biggest milestones, or just to come together for an easy Sunday night dinner. It means filling your home with happiness, laughter, and love through the people in it, the art on the walls, the cozy furniture, and the plants that bring fresh clean air. Through our approachable design process of simplifying, organizing, and elevating a space we want everyone to be able to join us and live their lives in clover. We are excited to work with you!
